Raza Khan
Founder and CEO
Raza Khan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance, real estate asset management and development. His passion for real estate has led to a successful career across various markets such as the GCC, United Kingdom, Canada and the United States.
Today, Raza Khan takes pride in specializing in specific categories of real estate like Class B Medical Office and Retail asset management. He has successfully underwritten, acquired and managed a Medical portfolio of over $50M in Central Florida, with key tenants in place such as the VA, Advent Health, VCA Animal Hospitals, Florida Eye Clinic and Great Expressions Dental Group.
On the development side, Raza’s experience has led him to be involved in key projects such as the P83 Project in Peoria, Arizona, and over $1B in high rise developments in Toronto, Canada.
Raza Khan is a graduate of the University of Guelph in Business Administration, and holds a diploma from the Humber Institute of Advanced Technology in Finance.
