Sublime Real Estate undertook a bundle of activities in assisting Performance Capital, a private equity firm, underwrite, acquire, finance, manage and exit a portfolio of 17 properties in Central Florida.

The strategy was to acquire assets in the range of $1.5 – $4M, with value-add potential and national NNN tenants in place.

This portfolio represents a successful transformation of a previously underutilized medical office space into a portfolio of thriving recession-resistant healthcare assets. At Sublime Real Estate, we facilitated a comprehensive value-add strategy that included modern renovations, advanced infrastructure upgrades, and targeted leasing efforts.
